A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.
When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:
- You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
- The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
- You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.
Placement of an order
When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.
Cancelling an order
As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 7 days and will be refunded amount of your order to their account the order originally was paid from.
Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.
Delivery
All orders are shipped on Tuesdays.
Estimated delivery times (once it is shipped on next available Tuesday):
- Spain: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 7-15 business days.
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days.
- PRODUCTS in PRE-SALE WILL HAVE HIGHER DELIVERY TIMES. If you buy a product in pre-sale, you will receive more information in the email address you gave when you purchased the item.
I reserve the right not to ship on a given Tuesday due to vacations, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, I will notify customers via social media and email.
Shipping cost may change in the future according to unexpected international events (the rise of shipping taxes or any other international issue). Chris G. Represa is not responsible for these issues.
For orders outside the European Union, import taxes and customs duties may apply, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Chris G. Represa is not responsible for these additional costs.
Every package has a tracking number. Chris G. Represa is not responsable of:
- Location of packages marked as "delivered to its destination" according to tracking number information. In that case, please contact your local post office for more information.
- Location of packages if delivery destination written down by the customer is wrong. Please, make sure you have written down the correct address. Adding your phone number is highly recommended, so your local post office can contact you in that case.
Delivery destinations
I allowed purchases to some specific countries in my website. If you do not see your country, please contact me. However, I have the right of not sending packages to some specific countries (therefore, not allowing to purchase from these countries) for reasons such as insecure shipping due to specific conditions of the country or any other natural or political reason that can negatively affect the purchase and delivery. Chris G. Represa reserve the right of not selling to some countries or change the availability of any specific destination due to international situations without noticing before any purchase is done.
Specific Information for Customers From UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Due to recent changes in tariffs policies from Trump's administration and the inestability of shipping from Spain to USA, Chris G. Represa is not responsable of political changes that make affect shipping to USA in the future.
We recommend you not to purchase products for a higher value of 80€ approx. (shipping not included) in order to avoid additional taxes once the package arrives to USA. Chris G. Represa is not responsable of these additional taxes or any other cost that can appear as a consequence.
Force Majeure
Chris G. Represa is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond my control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, technical failures, or government restrictions.
Returns Policy
I do not accept returns, except in cases where there is a valid reason (e.g., damaged or defective products).
To request a return, please contact me via email within 7 days of receiving the product, providing photo/video of the issue. Returns must be approved in writing, and the item must be unused, unwashed, unmodified, and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
No products may be returned to Chris G. Represa without the prior written consent of Chris G. Represa and are subject to a return charge.
Liability

We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.
